Early Life and Career Beginnings

Hyeri Lee, also known by her stage name Hyeri, was born on June 9, 1994, in Gwangju, South Korea. She grew up in the city of Gwangju with her parents and younger sister. In 2010, Hyeri was scouted by Dream T Entertainment during a school festival, and she subsequently joined the agency as a trainee.

Hyeri made her entertainment debut as a member of the girl group Girl’s Day in 2010, under the stage name “Dahye”. The group initially consisted of five members, but after the departure of two members, Hyeri was added to the group in 2012.
